We are able to schedule a Zoom video call at a time that suits you, wherever you may be and for a simple fixed fee of £70 + VAT for ID1 verification and £140 +VAT for ID2 verification.
Register your interest either by contacting us on 01482 379528 or by sending an email to idv@frantzgregory.co.uk. We will send you further guidance. Payment is only required after the verification has been carried out. We would not ask you for payment up front.
Upon receiving further guidance and you wish to proceed, we schedule a Zoom video call. You will then be required to send us your completed ID form, a current utility bill and a copy of your chosen form of ID (listed below).
The Land Registry introduced the ID5 form on the 4th May 2020 to allow lawyers to certify ID when being confirmed over a video call. Our solicitor completes an ID5 form based on the information you provide in your ID1 form at Section A. You must send our ID5 form together with your original ID1 form to your solicitor or the Land Registry. Please note only Section A of the ID1 form is to be completed.
