Sponsorship Fees & Charges

We charge a fixed fee for managing UKVI sponsorship licenses in respect of each sponsored employee.

Scope of Service

Our sponsorship management services cover the monitoring and management of sponsored employees in accordance with UKVI requirements. The following matters are expressly excluded from the scope of our fixed-fee services:

  • Personal Immigration Matters: Any immigration advice or representation not directly related to the employee’s sponsored role.
  • Activities Outside the Sponsored Role: We do not monitor or manage any duties, work, or conduct that fall outside the scope of the role for which sponsorship was granted.
  • Secondary Employment: Monitoring non-sponsored employment, except where such employment breaches visa conditions and may affect your compliance duties.
  • Employee Conduct Outside the Workplace: We do not assess or monitor personal behaviour outside of the workplace, unless it has legal or employment-related consequences.
  • UKVI Enforcement: We are not responsible for enforcing UKVI rules such as tracking travel or time spent outside the UK, except where such issues affect the individual’s sponsored employment.
  • Dependants’ Immigration Status: We do not provide immigration compliance services for family members of sponsored employees (e.g. spouses, partners, or children).
  • Support Beyond the Sponsorship Relationship: We do not offer immigration advice to third parties, including prospective future employers or sponsors.
  • Automatic Extensions of Employment: We do not automatically extend Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), advise on permanent employment following the expiry of a visa, or provide employment advice if the role becomes redundant.

Fees and Payment Terms

Payment is due upon issue of our invoice. Any work requested outside the defined scope of our sponsorship management services will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £255 (exclusive of VAT).

The early release charge is calculated as a percentage of the total annual income of the combined sponsored staff if the termination is during the contractual period.

Any outstanding balances must be paid in full. There will be administration fees of £1000. The administration fees include inter alia: transfer of files; closure of matter; communicating with the Home Office and updating the Sponsor Management System.

As part of the management of the sponsorship licence, we are required to update the Home Office on regular intervals. Written requests made by Frantz Gregory & Co for information and documents relating to the sponsored staff must be received by the second business day of the request being made otherwise an administrative fee of £150 is chargeable.

These fees will vary depending on the size of your organisation, how long a visa you wish to apply for, whether your applicant will be applying inside or outside the UK, and whether they have dependants.
