At Frantz Gregory & Co, we offer a range of fixed-fee immigration services designed to provide transparency and value. Our experienced immigration team has created cost-effective packages to ensure you receive high-quality support without unexpected costs.

There are various routes to settlement in the UK. Our immigration solicitors, based in Hull, will take the time to understand your individual circumstances and the outcome you’re seeking. We will then provide clear, tailored advice based on the law relevant to your situation. This client-focused approach has earned us consistent praise for the quality of our immigration services.

Important Information About Fees:

Our fixed fees do not include disbursements such as Home Office application fees, barrister fees, or VAT.
If your matter is terminated before completion, any work done up to that point will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Work falling outside the scope of the agreed fixed fee will also be charged on an hourly basis.
All fees are exclusive of VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT applies to our services and any disbursements only if your usual place of residence is within the UK.

Please note that the final fixed fee will depend on the complexity of your case. We will assess your matter during the initial consultation and confirm the exact cost.

Lodging of Appeal and Associated Work and Long Residence Applications excludes directions hearing and post submission matters	£2000	Fixed fee includes: All attendances and written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, preparation and submission of the Notice of Appeal and relevant supporting documents; informing client of the key dates.
Case Advice	£560	Case advice on application (NB: upon being instructed case advice fees are not deducted from fixed fees).
Specialist Advice	£800	Specialist advice on application outside the rules (NB: upon being instructed consultation fees are not deducted from fixed fees).
Police Station / Prison Immigration Advice and Home Office Representations on Asylum & Protection and Human Rights matters	£255 per hour plus travel costs and expenses	Legal advice on all criminal and non-criminal immigration matters to individuals who are arrested and detained at police stations and detention centres in England and Wales. Including legal presentations at asylum interviews and prison immigration service.

Disbursements

All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

How long will my application take?

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Check the current processing times for in-country applications.

We are usually able to submit applications within 3 weeks of you instructing us but can submit applications much quicker than this if required. We will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this or there is any advantage in your application being submitted at a later date.
